Anyone else get that yesterday when trying to change districts to meet up with friends? They'd jump over to say the Abbey and be in District 6, but when I tried to jump there it said it was being closed. They'd try to jump to my district and get the same error.
Sometimes if I chose Auto District it would put me in their same district even though it said it was being closed if I manually tried to get there. I'm assuming this has something to do with part of the program that dynamically creates districts as needed and maybe they were being merged with another district or something?

a district is closed once it reaches 100 players. it is most likely that someone left, allowing you enter the district.

Ah, that explains it. Thanks for the info (I wish my retail copy would hurry up and get here so I can read the manual!)
