Well as the title says I have a Vampiric Foehammer of Enchanting I want to sell. The Stats are as this:

18-35 (Requires 10 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +14% (While Health is above 50%)
Life Stealing 4
Health Regeneration 1
Enchantments last 17% longer

Asking 50k for it on a First Come First serve basis.
