Most important mod that it must have is the 5 energy while health is above 50%. MUST BE dual modded with another mod on top of the 5 energy preferably skill recharge/casting speed of all skills. The percentage chance does not matter since all rare wands usually have above 8% or above.
If you have a fire wand that meets my requirements and you are complacent about selling, I will provide a replacement with 4 energy when health above 50%, and 9% chance faster recharge of all skills and gold on top of that for your wand
I will also provide a replacement air wand for those with the air wand with the stats listed above. The replacement air wand has perfect 10% chance faster skill recharge on all skills + gold on top
