can someon point me in the right direction here please, i emailed [email protected] ect, i soon got an email back saying make an account eith NCPlay or something around that area, i made an account there, and i emailed A.net AGAIN and it STILL says that i need an account with NCPlay :??

can someone shed some light on my dark dark district changing problem

if it's a support question, you don't email them, you goto support.guildwars.com. From there you click on Ask a Question and then follow the directions.
