PC on holy staff

Unfortunately it doesn't quite work that way. You would only get maybe 25k from this since most people spending that much on a staff will want better base attributes from it (Imp cast speed, recharge, etc). More than likely they would just salvage for one of the upgrades. Sorry, and good luck!
