Figured id post in pc forum because I havent ever found one of these before, and it sorta looks cool

I got it in UW and haven't seen it drop other places so I think it may be an uw only drop, but im sure someone can confirm this.

not sure what it's worth but my friend got one in fow so it's not uw only.
