Question on 15-21 sword with perfect 15%over 50 mod

If you find a sword such as mine which seems utterly perfect until you realize the GuildWars Gods have laughed upon you with a 15-21 damage instead of 22, are you basically looking at merchant value?

Icy Gladius of Defense
15-21 Damage req 10 swords
+15% damage while health over 50%
Armor +4

I realize that it is not a 250k sword but do I have a shot at selling it, and if so what would be a reasonable asking price givin it's handicap?

well if its 15-21 instead of 15-22, then you are in trouble. basically take whatever you can get IMO. bummer
