Forum Rules

i think the major forum rules should be a little more obviously shown to ppeople. for example no new people here ussually read the rules when they go to sell things, instead the just post really quick. then a mod gets mad about GODLY, or UBER, or <24 hour bump. for instance: when u go to post a sell htread have a little note that says ***Do not include Godly or blah blah blah in your title***
