Im willing to pay up to 20k. However, if i really like the hammer and you're willing to let it go for a bitm ore than 20k, ill be willing

Im looking particularly for something along the lines of 14%>50 and Max Damage. Some mods im interested include Furious/Sundering and of Fortitude or something along the lines of that.

It's not max damage, but it's the only hammer I can part with at the moment.

19-35 fire damage (req. 8 hammer mastery)
+14% dmg. vs. hexed foes
enchantments last 16% longer
