Lost Acount

I played GW during the beta and yesterdays pre-release event. I bought the game today, installed it and the acount wasn't saved in the login screen. Now I have multiple acounts I would use, I have tried them all and had luck with one that I am 80% sure I used. Then when I logged in it showed none of my characters. I am worried that I will have to start again and lose my item. I am 100% sure that I didn't just now create this acount. When I go look to see what key is on this acount, and find that there isn't any keys assigned to this acount. Does anyone know what happened? Did I do something wrong during installation to screw up my pre-order key?

I am now 100% sure that I am using the same account since I just saw a screenshot for earlier.

So basically, I installed guild wars from the two disks, logged in my account and had no characters or the pre order key assigned to it.

When I try to create a character with the same names as before it tells me that the name is taken. I have no clue what is going on now. Can someone please help me?

Ok did u sign into your account that u made with the preorder or beta key and added the retail key? If u did not and made a new account(used different email and other info) then I think what u did is made two accounts. One for your beta which has the info and chars that u used in the betas and the new account that is blank.

What u should of done which anyone who may of done the same is log in using your beta account and go to edit account and there is an option to add a key and then put your retail key in there.

Ok, I will try that. I am sure that this is the same account. Which doesn't make sense cuz my characters and items should still be there.

Ok, I entered my beta key and it said that it was used by a different account. Anyone know what is going on? If I contact NCSoft and give them this key and info from the account, will they give me the username email?
