Not Fair

I bought the game yesterday afternoon, I installed it, updated it, and pretty much everything else i Had to do, now i created a a account using my email address , and i inputed my access key and everything, when i regstered my access key with my email it went through fine, and when it asked me what type of character did i want i picked RPG, but of course it would not connect because the game was not released so i realized that and logged off, i logged back in to make sure my account was working and it went through just fine, now when the game was launched i tried to log onto my account to find out that my email was "not found" no matter how many times i attempted to log on, so i figured i had to remake my account, so i attemtped to reregister and put in my access key again, just to find out that my access key is in use, i tried to log on on the guildwars website and it says that my email was not found, but when i tried to create a account with that same email it said the email was in the database, my email is shown as not found when i log in and my access key is shown as in use when i try to reregister, i have tried to get support from the guildwars support site but all they do is ask me questions that i answered in the question itself, so does anyone know what i should do?

i have been doing that since last night and still nothing, i been emailing the support site at guildwars.com if any1 has an actual email address i can use please let me know
