ok..... the one problem with this axe is that its not max damage... which means noone will buy it (I know its stupid but its the truth). This is just my opinion... but i would try to salvage the +30 fortitude mod out... it'd get a lot more money then the axe as a whole... There is a 50/50 chance that you will get that crappy crippling part too... or even a couple of useless steel ingots...
