Weapons.. whats best

Ima warrior/monk combo for smiting. I al lvl 6 with 800g so far. All the weapons that have dropped are pretty low. I understand the armour upgrade policy but what about weapons?// is there a vendor soemwhere that im missing?

Well in Ascalon castle in the middle area is a weapon guy. He doesn't do anything special except tack on a 20% damage bonus to a weapon of your choice. Doing that customizes the weapon, thereby making it untradeable.

yup i did that already/ anything better anywhere? harder mobs ? something ?
