Pre-Order Item Poofed on me

I've already submitted a ticket to Arena Net on this but I thought I'd mention it here to see if anyone has experianced a similar problem.

Last night during the early bird event where the pre-order folks could log on early I played for 4 hours. Had a great time, and loved my bow I got from the pre-order. However, tonight when I logged in my bow was gone. Anyone had this happen to them?

Same for me here. I saw a post earlier saying that we "should" get them back tomorrow. Just make sure you have an empty slot before you log out tonight.

In case anyone does a search and findes the answer (yeah right like there's more than a handful of people here that use the search function) the following is the response I got:

We are aware of the issue and are currently planning to introduce a new command (example: /retrieve) that will allow you to retrieve the special item at any time throughout the life of your account. This means that even if you have lost it or deleted it for any reason you will be able to type this command in and receive the special item again. We expect to have this command in the game in the next 24 hours and are really pleased to be able to bring this to you.
Also if you are having problems with some of your special items not being customized to the character they are on, this will also be fixed in the next 24 hours as well. If you have any further questions about this or any other issue you might be having please do not hesitate to ask.

5 hour response time, that's actually pretty dang good. ArenaNET is really starting to impress me.

took um 2 days to figure out whts w/ the router.....

and people on the forum still had to come up w/ how to access it, and a better fix.

they need to work on there comp skillz.....
