After the academy (Post Searing)
The Skills Trader in Ascalon City does not have any skills to purchase?

Is this right? And if so, How to we get them to appear or where do we get our skills now if not there?

Skill traders now only stock skills that you could have aquired through quests in the previous area. So if you got all there was to get in pre-seared Ascalon, then the trader in post-seared Ascalon will have nothing for you.
