What image hosting to use for screenshots?

I can't post any screenshots, they're all to big. So what do you guys use?

Oh, and does racism count as an offense in GW? Like enough to get an account suspended? Majority of people on here use ImageShack.

Racism would probably get them a short ban.

Imageshack's limit is 1024kb, images are 2035. So, any way to make them smaller?
