Is this guy the definition of an a*sehole?

PRe searing... my level 13 character takes a level 6 partner across the wall to kill charr. He must get over 4000xp... then he wont let me kill the bosses on my own because he wants that xp well.

I'm subtley annoyed. I'm waiting him out as we speak. Fortunatly... I have a laptop im playing Enemy territory on while i wait

This looks like a personal problem to me, one that you can work out in-game. Not a discussion for Riverside.
