How do I turn on the CE glow?

Having bought the CE, it says I'm supposed to have a 'glow', but I don't. How do you make it work?

It's an Aura, not a glow.
It manifests as sparkles around your hands when you do an emote.
If you'd done a search you would have found that the answer has already been given a few times.
