This is true. But for some characters, the hair style sorts of blocks the tattoo. First time created monk in the early parts of game, didnt know they had tattoos, until made the monk with hair, covering almost all the tattoo.

And necro scars are also covered by some of the hairstyles as well.

All in all, the tattoo and scars on the head not as obvious as the warriors helm though(in mission). They should allow choice of wearing it. I mean, if I want to cover my face in town with my helmet, it should be my choice right?? =)

You can still take it off in mission if it is a gladiator I wouldn't as there is rune in it for what for it is being used for.In pre and most through post iI never wore my halmet with my warrior I wanted it to be like Devona who never wears one.The tattoo on a Monk is there for a reason it is a part of their armor as most classes do have something.

Why yes...yes we are!

I must admit however when I play as Necro I usually take the facial scar off while I'm in town.

A removable scar? Did your character buy that at the Ascalon mall from one of those 25 cent vending machines?

LMFAO. I love 25 cent vending machines.

I wish my warrior could wear her helm in town though. And the axe. And the shield. That way I can wreak havoc on the merchant selling me ecto for 10k.

Tattoos and Scars are forever. It would be a little off if they just peeled off when you came into town.

(Not sure if anyone else noticed this--old thing)

here's another thing that's somewhat "Special" with necros.

when you /dance outside of town. a necro still displays whatever item it is holding/equiped, while dancing. (wars/monks/rangers arent able to do that...not sure about mesm/eles.)

Also, for other unique graphic occurances, capes are culled underwater while the camer angle is above water, but they still cast a shadow. Yeah i know its old news, but its along the same lines.
