How to best keep your minions alive..

I have a Mo/N20 Build and have finally attained the Venta's Sacrifice Skill. I still however notice that my minions are still dying off. What other skills should I use to keep them alive?

I remember seeing a N/MO20 that had over 30 to 40 minions all marching down the hill like a big army. I want that..

Heal area can work pretty good...

does healing seed work well for minions also? just curious.

does heal party work for minions???

I'm pretty sure heal party doesn't work on minions nor pets.

I think its heal area. after fighting they always come back to you, so it works to a point.

use blood of the master tis blood skill but heals like heal area but if ure monk stick with heal area. the necro army u saw was probably a sacrificer build which had monx designated for healing "the army" And is a formidable force in Hoh if performed correctly

ugh *hits head on desk* ok... here is your problem you are a monk! you have to be a necro primary and use a superrior deathmagic rune so your minnions are higher lvl and can be viable.

Yeah, I'd go with Draken said.
A N/Mo is clearly better than a Mo/N at making and maintaining minions
Not only can you use a superior death, but soul reaping is actually helpful here.
