question about selling axes

hey, i just IDd a fiery great axe, +14% damage while enchanted...my question is, will this sell better as is, or if i attached a crappy mod to it, that would just wind up being modded over anyway?

If you are going to attach a mod, dont use a crappy one, it won't add any value. I would sell as is.
