Does anyone know where i can find a captains helm?

It doesn't exist, it's a mistake. Captain's helm i think refers to tactician's or lieutenant's helm, or all of the +attribute gladiator helms. But there is no such thing as a captain't helm.....

The Prima hint book is out-of-date and incorrect with quite a bit of the information it contains. This is mainly due to the whole range of changes and modifications ANet has made to the game since release - as well as the exclusion of armors/skills/etc that were in the BWE but aren't in the retail game.. but are in the Prima hint book

I got the Lieutenant's helm from a Armor Crafter in one of the town's/outpost. Either at Lion's Arch, or shortly there after. There is a collector also in the Desert area that will trade a Dwarven Helm +1 Swordmanship for 5 items. (I think they are Forgotten Seals)

I think my +1 sword helm that I got from forge is called, "Duelist's Helm", could be wrong, though.

They need to make a max armor lieutenant's helm. They've made max damage versions of all the other specialty armors (i.e. Stone-fist Gauntlets, Bloodstained boots, etc.) I was really disappointed when I got to Droknar's to find that a max armor version didn't exist.
