cant get passed loading screen

Ok everytime i get on the loading screen my computer crashes as soon as it hits 100% Then everything goes black and an error message pops up saying "Your system has recovered from a failing device please save and reboot" thats similar to what it says. after that i cant click on anything. The weird thing is that i can hear the gameplay music. and when i click some where on my computer i hear footsteps that my character is taking. Can some one help me. I dont know how to find out what my comp is made out of(such as what type of graphics card i have)

oooo, my comp sucks and its 2 bad 2 even get that proplem!. BUT! i took it to my friends, and we got that same error on his nice computer! why is it doing that?!?! ARGG

Thing is I can play me PVP char jsut not roleplaying...

Assuming you have Netgear router. Others have had this problem like myself.

1. Open IE browser, or firefox or whatever u use to browse internet
2. type 192.168.1.1 (i believe its the same for every router) (username and password default: username: admin password: password (its on the side of the router)
3. scroll to advanced on the left
4. click port forwarding/ port triggering
5. click port triggering dot
6. scroll down to "starcraft"
7. click enable port triggering for starcraft so the box is NOT checked.
8. click apply
9. close browser window
10. run the game and hope the servers arnt lagging like they are now lol

what if we just unistall starcraft?
