250k sounds about right

The mod alone are perfect, and according to the sticky at the top of the page, you're looking at 175k on the mods alone. Add to that another 75k on the sword itself with the 15>50 and 250k is a good quote (IMHO)

of course, it's your decision to sell at whatever price, but the answers provided so far seem reasonable enough, and 250k is a handsome figure.
