they put level 24 Charr in at Frontier Gate, in the "Save the King" quest. You may want to try farming those. I'm sure a gold, max, etc.. Sickle will drop eventually.

i have done the quests at the frontier gate, and never heard of a "save the king" quest. any details on how to get it?

He means "Last Day's Dawn". An Ascended/beat the game quest.

serpent axes are nearly as rare as sickle axes, but of course something in this game is only worth as much as another is willing to pay for it.

Ive gotten quite a few sickles in the area outide ventari's refuge from the centaurs but i forget what the damage is.

some times if the second number in the dmg isnt max u can get a 7 in the minimum, ive seen a 7-24 axe before.
