How much to sell weapons for?

This is one of the things that's been bugging me for a while.

I know a lot about questing, but when it comes to trading, I'm a total n00b.

Each time I go into LA, I keep seeing the traders ask stupid prices for gold Max dmg weapons. All I know is that some will be worth a hefty investment (15%>50%, Fortitude +30 etc.), but some will be pretty worthless even if they are gold. Is there any way to get an idea of the sort of price to sensibly charge for weapons, or to buy weapons for, or is it all a case of "Just charge whatever you want, and hope you get lucky"?

For the record, I have a gold max dmg Wingblade, Dmg +17%<50%, Zealous, Of Swordsmanship (+1 17% chance). Don't know what it's worth, but don't know the whole ins and outs of mods or upgrades.

Any help?

Dunno - is there a site that gives a basic benchmark, or idea on how to appraise your weapon?

First thing is to see if the item is max dmg. Then check to see what the req for it is. The lower req on max dmg would make it worth more. Then check the thread below located on this site for a base price on the mods.

Ventari's Sell - Etc sub forum - Weapon Mod Basline Pricing thread - which is what I believe Divine Elemental was refering too. You can also go and get a price check if you show/display the weapons mods on this forum as well.

However ,it may help with weapon mods, but what about the weapons themselves, and thir own mods? (eg Clean, Dmg +x%, >50%/ <50%/ always etc.) Any help on that, or am I pushing my luck?
