50-150k the range is so large because -1 energy stinks for a warrior ( use mending and that sword and you have no gain ). Then again not everyone who uses swords is a warrior and not every warrior uses mending. It's just one of those items where the buyer sets the price and all you can do is hope you find a guy willing to take it off your hands for a price you want, but nothing less than 50k.
