comp freeze help!

if GWs is more sophisticated then diablo2 lod, why does my comp freeze up with diablo & not GWs?

i reinstalled diablo cuz i thought the patch had something to do with it.

1. Virusscan your computer
2. Get the newest service pack
3. Update all drivers such as ( sound, videocard, BIOS )
4. Install directx 9.c
5. Always have 15% free space on your harddrive
6. Defrag your computer
7. Solved

Good Advice. I would add that the BIOs update should be last. Make sure you know what you are doing before you try to update your BIOs.

Also run Ad-Aware & Spybot to clean out spyware.
