3 price checks needed for three good (maybe?) weapons

I'm not a farmer (seems really dull to me), so I don't do a lot of buying and/or selling. If anyone can give me some rough prices on these, it would be greatly appreciated. This is my first post and request here, so I'm hoping I can get some help. Thanks in advance!

purple ebon battlepick of fortitude
earth dmg 6-28 (req 8 axe mastery)
damage +11% (while health is above 50%)
health +24

purple fire staff of warding
energy +10
fire damage 11-22 (req. 10 fire magic)
improves skill recharge (chance 7%)
armor +5 (vs. elemental attacks)

gold war hammer of shelter
blunt damage 19-35 (req. 13 hammer mastery)
damage +15% (while hexed)
armor +6 (vs. physical attacks)


I don't know how to insert the screen caps of the weapons, or I would have done that instead of typing it all out. Thanks again!

4-5k on that axe
staff maybe like 2k
hammer not much...probably should just give it to merchant or hold on to it maybe someone will take if off your hands for maybe like 2k

Wow, I guess I was expecting a little more (especially on the hammer). What is it that makes such a big difference on big ticket items?

damage while above 50%hp yours is while hexed
low requirement your hammer has 13
sexy look war hammer is pretty common
perfect mods perfect while hexed is 20%, perfect armor vs phys is +7
(mods like sundering foritude and furious or perfect of enchanting are desirable on hammers)
