1. The 1st Signet of Capture can be get through a quest in LA(lion arch). It can be bought from many skill trainers. e.g. bettlerun,maguuma stade,oasis,gotto etc.

3. Skill inventory has all the skills you got,elite or non-elite but you can equip only one elite skill in the skill bar at a time.(except you have an elite and capture another one but it will be taken out once you get in a town.)
All casters, E,N,Me,Mo have 4 energy regen.(wearing armor and without energy degen items).
