I wouldn't pay more than 30K for it if I were going to use it myself, as -10 armor is about as terrible a penalty as one could ask for. However, I might pay a lot for it if I could rationalize selling it to some idiot for hundreds and hundreds of thousands of gold. It is NOT a good sword, but most people won't know its a terrible sword until its too late and they have purchased it and start dying a lot in battles . . .

Regardless of whether the penalty is bad or not (it is), the sword is worth 300k easily. 650 might be pushing it, but who knows, coolyguy probably knows better than I.

As long as you're hitting something, you should be netting health in the end. Not to mention that it adds 3 damage a hit regardless of anything.

The Great Al
the -10 armor specifically says 'while attacking', so its not even a -10 armor always. Also, -10 armor to a warrior means nothing basically. Warriors who wield hammers cant even use a shield, so there goes 16 armor and 1 or 2 damage reduction anyway.
