Counteracting Frenzy Damage

Just wondering there is a way to counteract the double damage from frenzy.

I was thinking perhaps there's a shield mod which reduced damage by percentage or a skill which halves/reduces damage (i was thinking fo prot spirit).

Any thoughts?

Shield of Regeneration might help while using it.

Instead of frenzy, use flurry.

Is this for PvE or PvP?

PvP warriors dont get targeted much, so when you do get targeted just throw on sprint to turn off frenzy. PvE your better off just not using frenzy since ur main roll is to tank anyway.
