An expansion

I've been thinking of some stuff they could put in an expansion ( i might repeat some people , i havent read all the thread)

It would be good to have a expansive Guild hall , i mean you could buy upgrade for it, like buy ballistae, warehouse ( a group storage)

it could also make sa part of the hall a public place , having merchant ( the guild leader could buy stuff , and set a price of resale and a Npc do the work)

Another thing that would be good is to be able to do naval battle, or trying to control a ship in a group ( a captain , some crewmembers needed for many task)

Put a stealth feature , a warrior with full kinght set do way much sound that a ranger with their leather armor, stealth would determine the size of your aggro circle

remove the combat axis, it could be fun to go mine your iron , or chop ur wood plank, or even put some job , like being a blacksmith , or a crafter.
