I have never seen Warrior Fury Runes. Can any one tell me where they are in the game?

No such thing. Warriors can apply runes for absorption, tactics, strength, axe, hammer, and sword. (And of course, everyone can use vigor runes.)

i have heard fury runes were a beta thing.
