Would like to buy a max dmg clean (or xx% dmg while in stance) storm/eternal bow.
5k to spend, is this enough, or is the price of a request like mine higher than my bank account?

You should be able to find a clean max dmg storm bow for 5k or less. You may have to look around a bit for it, but youll find one. Good luck!
