Ranger / Nec build ... need help with attributes

I have been reading up on the forum, but did not play beta.

Been thinking and this is what I came up so far

Beastmaster 11 + 1
Marksmanship 10 + 2
Blood Magic 10 + 2

Skills

(Blood line)
Well of Power
Life Siphon
(Bow line)
Cripping Shot [Elite]
Called Shot
(Pet line)
Revive Animal
Charm Animal
Call of Feeding
Tiger's Fury

This build is for a casual gamer, but when grouping can sustain self healing, helps with group regen both in hp and energy. Pet is my main contribution to damage, while Crippling Shot helps with mobs running away, and fast bow attacks for the rest of the fight.
