Banned

Comunity discussion seems like the the best place to post this.

For some reason it seems I was banned... I've only ever been warned once, and for accidentally double posting. Seemed strange to log on and have this pop up:

Quote:
ICURADik, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Quoting the Guild Wars Guru Policies:

Warnings
A warning may be issued for violating any of these guidelines. Warnings will be delivered through PMs and when you have recieved four warnings you will be temporarily banned for a period of three days. If you break the rules again after that you'll be permanently banned, no questions, no excuses. However, depending on the severity of violations, disciplinary measures may vary. Please note that some subforums such as trade have their own guidelines and rules.
I know I'm a guest here, but it seems hypocritical that a mod can't follow their own rules.

I would like to remind all users that banned accounts should NOT be reopened under another name. That doesn't help your cause and is justification for a permanent ban.

Secondly: Most moderators do NOT have the "power" to ban users. We give accumulated "evidence" for banning to the forum admins and "super moderators" who make the ultimate decision. Believe me when I tell you that people are not banned without ample evidence and just cause according to the forum guidelines.
