my char is a lvl 15 Mo/E and I want to be lvl 20. Whats the fastest way to lvl up? Im as far as Lions Arch.

play the game, do the missions, no need to rush to be lvl 20 really. prorgress thru the game and you'll be lvl 20 soon enough

and what would you suggest heal or smite...cause i cant decide between them.

w.e you prefer for now. dealing with skeltons will be easy with some smite but if you want to you could just be heal and take a bunch of henchies

If you go heal, you'll never have to search far for a group. I do both with my monk, though concentrating mostly on healing
