Gladiator's defense, bonetti's defense, BZ's aura, BZ's spirit, mending (or Vital Blessing), healing breeze, zealot's fire, and watch yourself.
Smiting at 9 or 10 and Tactics at 9 and distribute the rest as you see fit.
You don't even attack them, since they Riposte like mad. Just stand still and cast Zealot's fire and spam the hell out of watch yourself, then hit Gladiator's when it's ready, then Aura followed immediately by Bonetti's. You'll hardly take a scratch.
This same build also works well against the Mountain Trolls and 2-archer + 2-melee Tengu packs outside Talus Chute (attack the archers and let the braves beat themselves to death). Of course out there Raven Staffs will be 90% of your drops (ugh), but it works.
Oh, you'll want plenty of energy, so make sure to have Gladiator's armor and / or the +10 energy / +5 armor / +45 health collector's healing ankh. The collector's smiting rod from Droknar's is good too, with the 20% chance of fast recharge on smiting skills. Halving the recharge time of BZ's aura will really make quick work of the poultry.
