Yeh they have the trade channel, but who wants to sit spamming text for hours, or for that matter, reading spammy text for hours. They need the ability to drop some items in a inventory type window, list a price, and have it post ur shop info above ur head. This would cut down on spam big time...

Spam is bad and theres different districts as well. Needs an auction house, sadly.

Yeah, like eve online. Each market has it's own auction house or shop. When putting up an item for sale you'll be able to see what other players are selling their items for and such.

we need to make an official like update list on here, and then after like a week or so, we could email it to NCSoft/ArenaNet and HOPEFULLY they will use some/most/all of our ideas
Ideas so far:
Personal shop
Vault/Crafting/Merchant etc... NPC's in Guild Halls

...

According to Gaile (Fansite Friday), an auction house will be added to the game in the coming weeks.
