Max Dmg >50% Health is 16% not 15%?

Is the max damage while >50% or <50% 16%? I always thought it was 15% until I just found this weapon. Does it go higher than 16%?

Max for below 50% hp is +20% I believe.

Yep, for < 50% health max is 20%. That weapon is a < 50%.

Goes that way for all those conditions. If it is something beneficital to you (like >50% HP, while Enchanted, etc.) it maxes at 15%. But if it is something negative (like while Hexed) it maxes at 20%.
