Use it on your char if you would like but you wont get much trying to sell it.

yea, great stats just bad cause its no where near max, i'm suprised to see a perfect 20% mod on a staff that isnt max, but use it till you find a differnt one u like, then try and salvage it and hope for the +29 wrap

Well I figure casters don't generally do a lot of damage anyway- so the staff's importance is geared more towards the stats it has and the energy given. Eh oh well. Thanks!
