I can't beleieve it....This is a NEAR PERFECT FIRE STAFF with NEAR PERFECT BONUS, why do i only have 1 offer of 70k???70k is just enough to buy a health + 30!The max cast/rech is 10%, mine is 9...I saw on those forum some staff like mine wich the last offers were 300K oO

Just to tell you, it's not near perfect, it's 9+9=18%, near perfect is 9/10=19%
9/9 are not really rare, i have got 2 x 9/9 death staves for personal use and 2 x domination Staves (one is 9/9 and one other is 8/10 but i don't call them near perf

20% is only for a given type of spells/skills. I think the 10/10 are more useful. 9/9 is not too bad, but i need a different magic school.

10/10 are one of the best weapons for Multi-class Casters, if you make a one class caster then you just need to get the correct staff from a collector, which will be 20/20
You wish it was nearly perf but it's not, i am sorry to disappoint you but Gold staves with X/X stats are good but 9/9 is a common score for gold.
