15 energy to lock out signets for up to 10 seconds only?

Rust is probably more effective in that instance, making them take additional damage for 6 seconds (-40 AL).

Diversion is hands down more potent though, locking skills out for almost a minute with enough domination. The hex only lasts 3 seconds, but the recharge increase lasts the full time.

diversion is 6 sec... and on boss, it would be 3 sec...

ignorance is ok... if you use it on a prot monk that use blessed sig to maintain, it can hurt... I just wish they increase the time use and change it to AoE or something.
