Price check max damage chaos axes with damage mods

Hello, looking for a pricecheck on the following:

Chaos Axe #1:
6-28 Damage Req 9 Axe Mastery
+12% damage when health over 50% (12>50)

Chaos Axe #2:
6-28 Damage Req 8 Axe Mastery
+12% damage while enchanted

Both have random mods on them (+21 hp, +4 defense, crippling, etc) but those are easily replaced. Any ideas on prices?
