The minotaur you are suposed to kill in this quest just ran away from me.. I follow him 1 turn around the "rock" but I couldnt catch up to him.. So I decided to wait for him too see if he came back.. But he dident, so is this quest bugged?
A guild mate of mine said he just waited for the minotaur, and it came back to him.. But it did not come back to me.

As far as I know he just runs in a circle, although it's a pretty big one. He usually comes back around, but if you were waiting for ages and he never came back you should abandon the quest and pick it up again, that should reset him back to his starting place to give you a better chance of getting him.

When my W/Me did this one(third character to ascend) I think I ended up wandering around almost the entire area and killing almost every single thing(including, I am positive, every last damn normal minotaur on the map!) before I found him. So yeah, sometimes he can be a real pain to find, but given enough persistance you can catch him somewhere or another, sooner or later.
