Note: I've seen variants of this build popping up more often.
Taking ideas from the monk solo build:
N/Mo
10+3 blood magic
11+3 Death magic
7+3 soul reaping
+3 curses (optional)
3 healing prayers (for my mending)
8 protection prayers
Skills:
Dark Aura
Protective Spirit
Mending
Dark Pact
Touch of Agony
Blood Renewal (KEY)
And my last slot 2 slots are optional (i want to get aura of the lich or offering of blood, but i've been playing with signet of agony + plague touch - useful since ur already close to the opponent(s))
Items:
-50 Hp focus item from Cities of ascalon quest
Cheap tats all imbued with sup runes (cheap as of now)
sword of enchanting (it's ghetto lol, but longer enchantments = sweetness)
I know this isn't terribly inventive, but it's fun and you get to kill things fast (pray for no enchantment smashers, but u can cover with dark aura or blood renewal or mending). Basically cast your enchantments. Remember to keep casting protective spirit!!!!! If you die, you're out of the round (this build fit more for random 4 player than anything else). Cast Dark Aura. Run up to offending player(s) (aka group of casters or warriors or rangers). Cast breeze (or not if u have watchful spirit on), and spam away with agony and pact. You should be doing about 100 dmg to a single person with every cast and hitting people beside you for 50 dmg. Make sure to watch your life (shouldn't be a worry if you have lich on), PROTECTIVE SPIRIT (if its blinking, be safe and cast it again), and your mana (why I might want offering of blood, though killing at this rate should afford you decent mana return with 3 bars of E regen if you're not using watchful spirit, along with 10 from soul reaping). My personal best attempt was in a 4 person match where I caught the ranger and elementalist together and killed them in easily. Remember, shadow dmg RULES I'd appreciate some touchups if possible, I like necros but they're really hard to play.

Offering of blood is the best choice for that build i guess: in that way you gain mana+deal dmg (after you are ressed its the best way to get mana for all ur enchantments) and maybe for fun aura of the lich to half your life again

Posted my build of this somewhere before though it was different. What i think is that you could do this without protective spirit and with just aura of the lich. USe only 2 superior runes. or 3 if you want. At 330 health halving that would make it 165 which 10% of that would be 16.5 health along with around 20 from dark aura so its 37 health and you deal around 90+shadow dmg. Screw mending it sucks period. im guessing it regens 2... 4 health per sec won't help. Blood renewal is a great way to go with this. At a low health right after you are done your health comes back. Offering is good 2 but aura of the lich just works better here. Healing breeze isn't good on soft targets though take your points out of prot and put it all into healing. Healing breeze with blood renewal will work wonders. I've run it before and the only weakness is the fact that you need a ton of energy to keep it up. So offering has its place. Also barbed signet is nice. Sacrafice health 8% and gain health depends on blood magic.

Without Protective Spirit you're completely open to Backfire.

umm how bout hex removal you are secondary monk...

I haven't picked up the game in a little bit -- rereading the boards in anticipation of trying it again soon. It used to be that Protective Bond didn't protect from sacrificed damage. Has this been changed?

@Veraticus - Prot Spirit protects against all dmg dealt (as does Prot Bond i assume), so this includes sacrifice.
@Entropy - Hex removal is an interesting idea, maybe i could work something out (smite hex comes to mind, but it would require pnts in smite to be truly effective, which i can't afford). About AotL, I still haven't capped it (been busy building another char), but I think it would work wonders with my 55 build. I deliberately removed healing breeze from this build because i gained an extra 5 seconds on PS by taking points out of healing. Any leftover points I had stayed in healing, and mending has saved my ass a few times due to my health being so low (would be even more useful with AotL, even at 2 pips). I agree, blood renewal is now an amazing skill (+6 hp regen rules), combined with mending, i never need any more regen. For your higher hp build, I think I would go with breeze, renewal, and AotL, but the low timer on PS would concern me - would drain your E to cast it so much.
Thanks for the input guys. I'll go cap AotL and Offering.
