heal all allies on which you currently are maintaining enchantments on for 50-90 health (divine favor is also included in healing).

recharge: 5 sec
as a signet would have same effect just no energy cost and like 10 second recharge, seems a little powerful with no energy cost so i'd make this an elite signet.
