Account Creation Problem

a friend of mine who just bought the game with me has some really serious problem with the account creation process. he was so hypered , that he typed his email address wrong when he was creating ... and now, he cant use that key again , either logging into his account. are there any ways he can reset the cdkey ? he checked the email he was "supposed" to create with, but there was no confirmation email sent =( ... anyone pls help.

I honestly do not think it was a typo.

Because it has happened to me and I was REALLY careful when typing stuff in.

Emailed support on thursday night, still waiting on a response. Dont feel alone.

Sucks that you buy the game and use the CD key but cant log in because they cant find your email address.

Same thing here, its killer to buy a game and then not be able to play it. - I still love GW with all my heart anyway though.

Now to wait another week or two before they even realize it's a serious issue.

If you have a webcam you could take a picture of your serial and your guild wars box and then request a new one....

my friend bought a new copy...but he still needs the old key so he can sell it to his bro
