GWG members meeting inside the game

i come with this idea for some time now , before posting any place and time , i would like to know what you think of it.

ok you may ask , what are we going to do ?

i would say , chat is the most obvius , we can show each other items , armors , we can do quests or missions , we can even do a dance party , what ever ...

whats the point ?

the point is , since we know each other from this forum , why not meet in one more place , the actual game we talk about everyday ...

please make sugestions for place and objectives of the meeting.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but if you just go around and ask if anyones from GWG im sure lots of people will say yes. I haven't been asking and I've even still met a few people.

Kind of a neat idea, but from the first response it may discourage you. Ignore such idiocy, and see if others warm to the idea.

i was thinking in a mass meeting , in a international dist , those who are empty all the time , so we would have a dist just for us ...

i dont want to lead this in any way .. i was wainting for some ideas , and then make a pool for vote , for location and time ...

i'd like a small place like fishermans heaven ...

Sounds neat, however time diffrence would be a problem, for example if you say 4pm people in europe will have some research to do on what time it is for them. Aside from that sounds like a fun idea. I hang around grotto often to see if i can spot any GWG people.. sofar ive only seen two people (I bet you already know who one of them is, he never leaves grotto, heh.)

If this does go down I may or may not join in depending on my scedual. im free from now till the 6th then i have to do grade 12 so ill be quite busy (ewww doing stuff.) However ill try my best to be there, for the love of Anet i want to be a part of something big.... i always miss the big dance partys so this could be my time to shine.

would be best to be:
a) a small outpost
b) a remote outpost
(fisherman's haven, magumma stade)
c) an international district

I'd be up for it. On most of the day anyway, need some peace and quiet away from the guild.

Back in college next week, so choose quickly.

Wouldnt it be much more interesting to just hold it in like LA dis 1 by the frog and cause a massive riot?

Doesn't sound too bad, though personally, I'm on these forums because I can't play GW. (Work, or don't have enough time to play a proper game) Can't see it being a regular thing, but a GWG forumite meet-up would be interesting.

im playing in american dist , so for me is no problem

In Marhans it actually looks like there are inteligent people...last night people were talking about how rank works :P
